Something Was Going Terribly Wrong
 
Bob's business was moving along just fine. Sales were growing at 10 percent a year. Employees were happy. Customers never complained. Then something went terribly wrong. The economy was going down hill. Competition cut prices. Employees weren't working long enough hours. Bob tried to do the right things.
